Camden Cemetery is located on a scenic hill on the outskirts of Camden and is well maintained by Camden Council. The cemetery is divided into different denominational as well as general areas and in October 2008 Council resolved to allocate a Muslim section of the cemetery. The memorial treatment of burial plots is at the discretion of the user or family and as a consequence there is an interesting mix of grave treatments. A niche wall for cremated ashes is available.  No facilities exist on site.

The following prices (at February 2009) are given as a guide only and cannot be relied on. Contact the cemetery for up-to-date information. Prices are reviewed annually. All prices include GST.

A. In-ground burial

All rights of burial (including first interment) are $866 for residents or $1,733 for non residents

The reopening fee is $265.50;

Permission to erect a monument costs $136.50

Administration fee $63.50

B. Ashes
